On the 18/7/22 Shoalhaven City Council formally informed the HHA that
The Planning Proposal (PP050) was formally withdrawn by the proponent on 11 July 2022.

On 15 July, the Department of Planning and Environment (DPE) issued a revised
Gateway, terminating the PP. This confirms that the current Planning Proposal (PP050) process has ended and that any future Planning Proposal (proposed changes to the LEP) would need a new Gateway determination from DPE.
